Around 1,000 vehicles displayed in Chicago

The 2020 Chicago Auto Show kicked off last Saturday and will continue to be open to the public through President’s day. The automotive show is the largest in the nation with around 1,000 cars, trucks and suv’s on display for the public to view. An estimated one million people are going to visit the McCormick Place for a sneak peek at the year’s newest and best vehicles. One of the biggest trends at this year’s show is increased hybrids and fully electric cars.

Jeep unveiled one of its most anticipated vehicles for the year 2020 at the Chicago Auto Show. The new Gladiator Mojave is the company’s new vehicle that is fully desert-rated and able to drive on hard pack and sand with ease. The biggest change to this year’s model is the internal bypass shock absorbers that can withstand more airtime and smaller bumps taken at a higher rate of speed that often comes along with driving on sand.

New desert-focused Jeep unveiled in Chicago

For the first time in its history, Jeep has unveiled a baja-ready, desert-specific, high-speed sand runner. The Jeep Gladiator Mojave, sure to be followed by a Wrangler model as well, was unveiled at the Chicago Auto Show with a newly-minted “Desert Rated” badge where the “Trail Rated” emblem would usually be.
