Flying cars and electric cars in the works for Porsche

Boeing and Porsche announced recently that they have been in talks to team up to design and create the world’s first flying car. They will be working on a concept electric vehicle that will be capable of vertical takeoffs and landings. The two powerhouse companies are both looking to expand their brands and the third dimension” of travel seems to be the path they are taking to achieve that.

For a long time, the Tesla Model S has been the only premium electric vehicle available on the market. However, earlier this year, Porsche debuted their own version of a luxury electric car, the 2020 Porsche Taycan. Loosely based on the company’s Mission E Concept, the Taycan is a cross between Porsche’s Panamera and legendary 911. The Taycan is currently available in two variants the Turbo and Turbo S.
